Adult Ministry

First Baptist Church is building a fellowship of believers through reaching people and seeing their lives changed. Our purpose is to share Christ, meet needs, grow spiritually, and develop ministry. We are committed to a Great Commission that directs us to make a difference. We attempt to do that on local, national, and global levels. Our prayer is that we may be an encouragement to your life. We offer two Sunday School Bible Study hours: 8:15 a.m. & 9:30 a.m. Our adult classes focus on a wide range of needs from Single Adults to Senior Adults. Ladies', Men's, and Co-Ed classes are available. Settings range from large group lecture style to small group discussions. Take the time to visit different classes and find the one that is right for you. Sunday School is a great way to meet people and grow in the Lord.

Discipleship classes are offered in Spring and Fall semesters with in-depth, short-term Bible Studies. These studies range from 6 to 13 weeks in length and include such topics as family, marriage, finances, and personal growth. Classes are conducted on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
